"Catertrax is easy to use for me..."
Catertrax is easy to use for me and my clients. I really wish I could chat with someone directly when I run into an issue instead of just sending a help ticket, but hey, if that's my only gripe, then life is pretty sweet!

"A Year and a Half with CaterTrax: My Take"
For the past year and a half, our team has been using CaterTrax. Most of our clients seem to dig the system, but there are a few who find it a bit tricky to navigate, so I end up entering their event details myself. When it comes to making changes that I can't handle, I've usually had a decent experience with how quickly they respond. However, this summer was a different story; I had a bunch of necessary changes and jotted them down on an Excel sheet. I was pretty let down that I had to ask three times to get everything sorted out. All in all, the shift to the online catering platform has been pretty smooth for me.

"Not a fan of the new menu options..."
I'm not too thrilled about not being able to add my own menu items when I need to; plus, adding stuff to a customer order has become a real hassle. The updated menu editing tool is quite lacking, it doesn't filter items correctly, and the only thing you can really do is toggle them on or off. Honestly, I preferred the system a lot more two updates back.

Upside is a tool that enables clients to create and assess their events from beginning to end online! Plus, it gives me, as the catering manager, the ability to assist in shaping and adjusting things as necessary for a successful event.

I’d definitely suggest this company and their software to anyone, especially if you’re not using a catering program. This team keeps an eye on your needs, responds fast to service requests, and is super friendly and helpful. They can whip up any report you might need. The software is user-friendly. One thing I’m not a fan of is the shopping cart; I prefer to see my ongoing order as I’m adding items. Making edits is a breeze, billing is straightforward, and clients really dig the different colored push pins.
